3. How long does delivery take?
Production time typically takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery windows are:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within a few hours after purchase. Email popeleomerch@gmail.com right away with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.
5. What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at popeleomerch@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right—fast and hassle-free.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for size or buyer’s remorse. However, we do replace defective or incorrect items. See our Return Policy for full details.
